Philosophy
Each garment from Veil &Vers is made-to-order - cut, stitched, and finished after your reservation. Because every piece is created specifically for you. However, if the size doesn’t fit or if your product arrives damaged, we’ll happily exchange it for the correct one - crafted again with the same precision and patience.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchange requests within 3 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- The exchange reason is size-related or the product arrived damaged/defective.
- The product is not part of a Final Drop, Archive Sale, or Customized Design.
2. Exchange Process
- Write to exchange@veilandvers.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Include your Order ID, product name, clear photos (for damage), and preferred new size.
- Once verified, we’ll schedule a pickup of your item and begin the exchange process.
- Because every Veil &Vers piece is made after reservation, the replacement creation time is approximately 21 days from the date of approval.
3. Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to fabric and design availability. If the exact design is sold out or discontinued, we will issue a Veil &Vers Credit Note equal to the product value, valid for 6 months.
- We do not process monetary refunds in any circumstance.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable and not covered for size exchanges unless the product was defective.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at exchange@veilandvers.com with unboxing photos/videos.
- Once verified, we’ll initiate an exchange or remake of the same product at no cost to you.
- The replacement will follow the 21-day crafting timeline as each garment is made from scratch.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Final sale or archive pieces
- Customized or altered designs
- Gift cards and digital zine products
- Accessories or masks (if introduced later)
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of reservation if production hasn’t started.
- Once cutting or crafting has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Pre-orders and limited drops are final after reservation.

9. Governing Law
All exchanges and cancellations adhere to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and relevant Indian e-commerce norms.
Disputes, if any, shall be handled under the Veil &Vers Dispute Resolution Policy (Arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka).

Every exchange is a re-crafting, not a replacement — a promise that what you wear carries both intention and precision.
